What happens in a Guided Imagery Session?
Sitting in a comfortable position, you’ll close your eyes and listen as you’re guided into a state of relaxation. You’re always aware and in complete control. In a relaxed state the mind yields amazing amounts of valuable information. You may be asked to allow a spontaneous image to form in your mind that represents an issue or a health concern. Having a guided dialogue with the image allows you to receive insightful information that leads to greater understanding and often times creative solutions. At the end of the session, you’ll feel pleasantly refreshed and revitalized – and even better than before.
